- UPCOMING LITTERS -

We are a small breeder focused on producing purposefully bred Golden Retrievers. Each breeding is carefully researched and planned prior to ever being executed. Our focus is to produce a multi-purpose Golden Retriever that possesses the natural ability, drive, and athleticism of a working retriever while maintaining true to the golden temperament, structure, and health/longevity.

Our dogs are all tested following the guidelines set forth by the Golden Retriever Club of America. Our puppies are lovingly raised within our home and we focus on providing age appropriate socialization and experiences during their time here to set them up for success in their new homes. Puppies are raised using Puppy Culture and temperament tested prior to being placed.

This breeding was a “thought” long before Kiwi was ever Kiwi! I co-owned Revel out of my Baker x Fahren breeding, hoping to incorporate him into my future breeding program. When my friends at Ammo Goldens bred Kiwi’s mom, a plan was born, and Kiwi came to live here, and is our joint venture! Combining these two pedigrees should produce athletic working dogs with the temperament and biddability to take on whatever venue one chooses. Revel and Kiwi are super easy dogs to live with and have AMAZING off switches, but they can kick it up a notch when they are working. Revel has a bit of a “goofier” personality (it could be the adolescent male golden part), but he is always ready to go. He grew up with a college student and spent most of his youth being a study buddy. Since graduating, they have been able to focus on starting Revel’s agility career and dabbling in other venues, including nose work, rally, obedience, field, and coursing. He eagerly takes on whatever Kala throws his way and is just happy to be doing something with his person. Kiwi has always been an “old soul” from the 8-week-old puppy I brought home. She is the chillest dog to live with and is brilliant to train and work with; her level head, biddability, and natural intelligence make everything come naturally to her. At two years old, she won the GRCA National Specialty Agility trial, and she is over halfway to her MACH if I’d ever get around to showing her to finish it!

Revel is approximately 22” tall and weighs about 55 lbs. He has a very athletic build while still having nice bone and proportions. Kiwi is about 20.5” tall and weighs about 50 lbs. She is light on her feet, has a considerably efficient stride, and is an effortless jumper. I believe that the combination of these dogs and the pedigrees behind them will result in offspring that can take on any venue you choose with good structure, biddable temperament, and strong work ethic while being excellent pets with nice off-switches.

*Please note that OFA failed Kiwi’s left elbow for Grade 1 DJD (the X-rays are reviewed by three vets at OFA; one scored her as normal, and two scored her as Grade 1 in the left elbow). Kiwi has never had any symptoms of lameness or reason for me to believe that she has ED. After consulting with my sports medicine vet, I opted to have a CT done, and the CT scan report noted no signs of ED. I am happy to share the X-ray images and CT report upon request. This is not a decision I made lightly, but I feel she is an exceptional dog with many admirable attributes to offer to my line and the breed.

**Kiwi’s eye exam is scheduled to be completed April 6th and results will be available shortly there after.

If you want to learn more about this breeding/litter, please complete our puppy application here. I do not keep formal waiting lists or take deposits until there is a confirmed breeding with a definite timeline. Our puppies are placed based on the homes we feel will best fit their needs; filling out an application provides no guarantee that a puppy will be available.
